We are asking anyone who can do so to please help us raise funds to help this little girl.  She was mercilessly shot through the back by someone, paralyzing her and leaving her to drag herself around, literally starving to death.
One of our techs found her crawling down the road, we have done all we can do here to help her, and she has shown some improvement, but she may need back surgery at Gulf Coast to get her back to full function.  We won't know if surgery will help her until we have her MRI done which Gulf Coast has graciously agreed to donate to her care.
Throughout her two weeks here at Spring Hill, she has been so sweet even though we know how much she was hurting, and how cruelly humans had treated her before.  We will keep you posted on her progress and if we can get her back on her feet we will need to find her a loving home. Senseless acts of violence toward animals are committed by cowards - we at Spring Hill will do all we can to show this little girl that not all humans are bad, and that she will be surrounded by love from this point on.
